Session 39: This webinar starts a brief series on the Science and Medicine of sleep, with an emphasis on the practical importance of getting good sleep. There are over 100 sleep disorders, and understanding some of the most common disorders can be a literal life-saver. As a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, I get weekly updates on the latest studies around sleep, and will share with you all the reasons sleep is so critically important. Having good sleep is the bedrock of working with lucid dreaming, and all the other nocturnal meditations.
