I’m quite excited to begin our next Book Study Group on my book, “Dream Yoga: Illuminating Your Life Through Lucid Dreaming and the Tibetan Yogas of Sleep.” I dug deep to write this book, researching a vast array of material, from the very practical to the quite profound.
On re-reading it now, there is SO much in here! I can’t wait to go through this text with you, updating what’s in this book with all my study since I wrote it. As before, we’re going to take our time, allowing lots of space for discussion and exploration. This is a chance to really soak in all the teachings that surround the nocturnal meditations.
The sessions will be online via Zoom and last around an hour or so. Each virtual session will include time for discussion, allowing participants to ask questions, challenge the material, or make offerings that support the readings. It would be helpful if participants could follow along with a copy of the book, but that is up to you.
Each session will be recorded and archived, so no problem if you miss a week.
This group will meet every other Thursday and we will cover the entire book, so the length of the program I estimate to be several months or longer. Night Club premium members can participate free of charge.
